Memorial golf tournament raises vital funds for Kerry cancer support group

A golf fundraiser in memory of a Currow man is scoring holes-in-one, as they raised over €6000 for the Kerry Cancer Support Group.
The Brendan Conroy Golf Memorial took place on April 27 last, and has raised almost €23,000 in the two years since its inception Brendan was a local carpenter, two-time cancer fighter and keen golfer, who passed away suddenly in 2022.
