A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital following a serious collision with a bus in Co Carlow.
The motorcyclist collided with a bus on the N80 in Co Carlow, 2km from Ballon at Closh Cross at approximately 10.45am this morning, Sunday June 30, 2024.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of the crash and the motorcyclist was airlifted to Tallaght Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The scene of the collision was preserved pending a technical examination.
