New JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Fashion Accessories Are Perfect for Off-the-Cuff Cosplay

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is one of the most iconic anime and manga franchises of all time, and that’s partially due to the designs of the characters. Now, a stylish set of rings allows fans to represent their favorite characters when they’re out on the town.

Created by Take-Up Co., these JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure accessories have a dual purpose. Able to be worn on the hand or the ear, they’ll make fans look like someone straight out of the Hirohiko Araki manga. Now available for pre-order, consumers shouldn’t “stand” around and order theirs today. These include fans outside of Japan, as the jewelry is also available to order internationally via the Buyee service.

Diamond Is Truly Unbreakable With New JoJo Collectible Cuff Rings

The accessories from Take Up Co. are specifically based on the “Diamond Is Unbreakable” story arc from the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure manga and anime. Available in six varieties, they’re based on characters from the arc and homage their designs or color schemes in some way. These include rings for Jotaro Kujo, Yoshikage Kira, Rohan Kishibe, Okuyasu Nijimura, Koichi Hirose and Josuke Higashikata. For example, Josuke’s ring has a heart, peace signs and an anchor, reflecting the school uniform in his iconic design. All the pieces can be worn as either hand rings or ear cuffs, with both varieties sure to make fans “stand” out from the crowd.

Full of charm, class, style and value, the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure pieces are definitely worth collecting. Fans can now reserve theirs from June 21 until July 22, with the items set to be shipped out sometime in October 2024. All retail for 13,200 yen — the equivalent of about US$87. They also come in a special JoJo-themed collector’s box, allowing them to be worn as fashion statements or displayed as collector’s items.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Remains a Major Anime and Manga Franchise

The jewelry from Take Up Co. isn’t the only example of how popular JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is as a brand. Beginning its run as a manga in 1987, the series is still being published to this day and currently has 134 collected tankobon volumes. This has made it one of the best-selling manga of all time, and its anime adaptations are just as popular. Heavily influenced by Fist of the North Star, the series is known for its unique designs and art style. This aesthetic is heavily inspired by fashion, with the names of different characters named after various bands, singers and pop music groups.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure has had numerous toys, collectibles and other accessories released over the years. These include jewelry and clothes, letting fans recreate their favorite scenes from the anime and manga. The “Diamond Is Unbreakable” story arc was the fourth in the series. The current story is “The JoJolands,” which is set in the new continuity that began in “Steel Ball Run.” There is some suspicion that this arc may be the final entry in the series, but in either case, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is likely to remain a major franchise for many years to come.
