NFL CB Xavien Howard Sued for Allegedly Sharing Revenge Porn Videos, Photos

Free-agent cornerback Xavien Howard is being sued for allegedly publicly sharing revenge porn.

Per court documents obtained by Hunter Geisel of CBS News Miami, the lawsuit was filed by a woman and son of another woman—identified in the suit as Jane and John Doe. According to Geisel, the two allege that Howard “publicly circulated photos and videos of themselves and other women having sex with the NFL free agent to humiliate them and cause emotional distress.”

The documents state that Howard and Jane Doe were at one point involved in a sexual relationship, but Howard circulated sexually explicit photos and videos of them together without her consent after she refused his advances.

John Doe, the son of another woman Howard had a sexual relationship with, is alleged to have received text messages of sexually explicit material involving his mother from Howard as part of his “forms of revenge” when the woman got pregnant and refused Howard’s demand she get an abortion, according to court documents.

Per Geisel, the documents state Howard and Jane Doe began a relationship in early 2022 before breaking up in July of that year:

“Around Sept. 25, 2022, Jane then received an Instagram message from another woman who claimed she had ‘several sexually explicit videos’ that Howard sent her of him having sex with various women, informing Jane that she might’ve been among them and that the other woman shared the videos with another woman, too. Jane then asked the woman for her number and asked her to send the videos so she could see them, which she did on that day.

“According to the court documents, the multiple texts showed the videos that Howard allegedly shared, which included two videos of Jane having sex with Howard and the rest showing other women.”

Howard was able to get John Doe’s cellphone number when John’s mother would text him using it if her own phone battery died, and Howard allegedly knew it was his number because she would let him know via voice or text she was contacting him via her son’s phone.

The documents note Howard texted John Doe “sexually explicit material” of his mother around Sept. 19, 2022.

Jane Doe previously filed a lawsuit against Howard for sharing sexually explicit videos of them together in May 2023. He filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit a few months later, but Geisel noted the court denied the motion in January of this year.

Howard is currently a free agent. The 30-year-old spent the first eight seasons of his career with the Miami Dolphins. He started 13 games for the team last season.
