‘No caps in Kerry other than the tweed kind’ – Kerry Airport flags its availability

Kerry Airport CEO John Mulhern has encouraged airlines to fly through Farranfore as Dublin Airport continues to be hampered by an annual limit on passenger numbers.

Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) recently applied to FingAL County Council for its passenger cap to be increased from 32million passengers to 40million, but as things stand, that lower limit remains in place and is putting strain on the nation’s main airport. Last year, Dublin only barely stayed within that 32million limit.
