Survivorship bias can arise in older relatives or grandparents who believe modern parents are overprotective or spend too much time worrying
It’s one of those things every parent will have endured at some point in their lives: you’re tightening the straps on your child’s rear-facing car seat, slicing their grapes, anchoring the bedroom furniture, or asking people not to kiss your newborn, when someone — likely a grandparent — has asked what you’re doing.
