Corinna was one of the first to post details of the deal, writing on her post in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group: “All sale items going 3 for £10 regardless of price in Claire’s.”

She then shared some of the items included in the deal, such as some cute backpacks, make-up sets, adorable unicorn boxes and Squishmallows galore.

And people were quick to comment on the post, with one asking: “Is this in store only please?”

“Yes,” Corinna replied.

“Might be worth having a look some early Xmas presents,” someone else said, tagging a friend.

“Wow,” a third marvelled.

As another wrote: “Oooooo looks good!”

“OMG amazing!” someone else said.

“Is it just for today?” another asked.

With Corinna revealing the deal is on for a week.

I work at Claire’s and customers always do the same annoying thing when getting their ears pierced and don’t get me started on the Squishmallows problems

“If ours do 3 for £10 I’m gunna look tomorrow morning,” someone else said.

“For birthday/Xmas shopping.

“That Stitch bag and unicorn box are so cute!”

“It does include outlet store as I’ve just got bits from my one and it’s an outlet,” another pointed out.

Others shared their mega purchases from Claire’s, with Nicola revealing she’d bought two Squishmallows, a furry unicorn notebook and three jewellery items in her local store.

What to watch out for when buying toys online

HERE are the British Toy and Hobby Association’s top tips for buying toys online:

  1. Shop early. Don’t leave ourchases to the last minute rush which might leave you fewer options of where to buy from.
  2. Check out third-party sellers. Look for sellers you recognise and trust. Be cautious of retailers you don’t know and do your research checking reviews and where they’re based.
  3. Go for branded toys. Try and choose a branded toy as then you can compare it to the manufacturer’s own website to check it’s legit.
  4. Be careful of going for the cheapest price. If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
  5. Check if there are any age restrictions. Make sure you give suitable toys to children based on their age.
  6. Check reviews carefully. Some reviews are fake so look carefully at the comments.
  7. Stay with children at first. When your child opens a toy for the first time, stay with them and check for faults, detachable small parts, access to stuffing and loose or accessible batteries or magnets.

“I just picked up all these for £20 in Swansea! Crazy!” she wrote.

Meanwhile, Danielle bought her little girl a colourful backpack, a Squishmallow and a Mini Fashion toy.

“I got these for my daughter today in the 3 for £10 deal,” she said.

“Went by chance and picked up 6 plushies for £20!” a third boasted.

“Got some absolute bargains. Very happy with my purchases,” someone else wrote.

But not everyone was in a rush to get to Claire’s.

“Am I the only one who finds their in store sales impossible to navigate?” one raged.

“They put the signs all over the shop then don’t specify exactly what’s in the offer and confuse the life out of me!”
