Please talk me out from exchanging my iPad Pro 11″ M4 to the iPad Air 11″ M2 256GB

Agree with others – only you know the value of the extra $300. But especially if you need the 256gb, you’re paying a steep price for the storage upgrade on the M2 iPad Air (whereas the base 11″ iPad Pro comes with 256gb).

To me, especially given I don’t upgrade iPads that frequently (still rocking my 2018 11″ iPad Pro w/ A12X), the fact that with the iPad Pro you get:
– OLED screen with ProMotion
– Newer, thinner / lighter body
– M4 vs M2 (especially given the M4’s significantly upgraded neutral processor, more cores and processing power for AI)
– Face ID vs Touch ID
– Small factor, but you get the newest “Pro” line

Feels like it’s worth it for the price upgrade. Even if you could get away with the base 128gb iPad Air and save the $100 ($499 vs $599), I still think the extra $400 is worth it. If you need 256gb, then the jump to iPP makes even more sense.
