Pokémon Go Fest 2024: Global habitat schedule and event perks
Pokémon Go Fest 2024’s global event is finally upon us, with tons of perks and boosted spawns. As usual with these Pokémon Go events, we’re getting rotating habitats that cycle Pokémon in and out of the spotlight, inspired by Necrozma’s dusk and dawn forms.
The event takes place on both Saturday, July 13, and Sunday, 14 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. in your local time.
There are a lot of different perks, alongside new mechanics like Solar and Lunar Fusion, being introduced during the event. All players will get access to a Special Research that rewards Cosmog, lures will last for one hour, Pokémon will photobomb your snapshots, and remote raiding will be unlimited throughout the weekend.
Below, we list the ticket perks and the rotating habitats in Pokémon Go Fest 2024: Global.
Pokémon Go Fest 2024: Global ticket holder perks
If you buy the ticket for Pokémon Go Fest for $14.99, you’ll get the following:
- Special Research that allows you to catch Marshadow on Saturday
- Special Research that allows you to catch Solgaleo or Lunala on Sunday
- Access to a global challenge that unlocks special bonuses every hour
- Special Incense encounters for Unown A, D, G, H, I, N, T, and Y, as well as Incense encounters for Maractus, Corsola, Rockruff, and Vullaby
- Increased chance to find shiny Pokémon
- The ability to complete up to six special trades per day
- Access to Collection Challenges
- Up to nine free raid passes from spinning gym photo discs
- Special 7 km eggs
- Doubled friendship bonus damage in raids
Pokémon gated by real-money tickets usually do release for everyone, just later. If you’re not in a rush to get Marshadow or you don’t care for these other perks, you can always save your money and get the mythical Pokémon later.
Outside of that glorious shiny buff, one of the bigger perks here is access to Maractus and Corsola, two Pokémon that are usually regional exclusives.
Pokémon Go Fest 2024: Global rotating habitats
These habitats will rotate all throughout Saturday, even if you don’t have a ticket. Each habitat will rotate in twice and be around for an hour before it rotates out. On Sunday, all of these Pokémon will spawn but there will be no dedicated habitats.
