One prominent asset is a penthouse in Miami, Florida’s Paraiso complex, which is also home to Alex Rodriguez and David Guetta. It is estimated to be worth $2–4 million and has three bedrooms, three baths, five tennis courts, and a swimming pool with a circumference of 100 feet. Monfils also has a comparable-priced house in Trelex, Switzerland.
