Cruises have become increasingly popular this year by holidaymakers of all ages.

In fact, this year’s bookings are said to have been taken over by millennials and gen-z, as well as influencers and footballers.

One of the main reasons for this spike in booking is the convenience only a cruise can offer.

Holidaymakers love not having to continuously pack and unpack and travel to see multiple destinations.

Plus, the huge range of activities on board makes travelling from one spot to the next not feel like a task.

When it comes to destinations, Brits have a massive choice between non-fly UK cruises and tours of the Mediterranean.

The discounts we’ve spotted are also available on cruises of different lengths, from two-night sails to fourteen days on the sea.

The only thing to keep in mind is that these cruises are heavily discounted as they will depart soon.

The cheapest deal comes from MSC, with two-night cruises starting from £199pp and kids’ sailings starting at £79pp on July 4.

The cruise will sail from Southampton to France (Paris) on the MSC Virtuosa, which can accommodate up to 6,300 people.

Alternatively, if you’re thinking of being away for a week, MSC’s “France and Spain” is one of the best sellers, and it’s currently discounted for less than £100pp per day.

From £627pp, the cruise will sail to four destinations, including La Coruna and Bilbao, departing from Southampton on June 22.

Meanwhile, these are some more cruises we’ve spotted in the sale:

Most of the deals will include your onboard meals, but you might have to add on drinks packages, so it’s always best to double-check before booking.

For more holiday deals, we rounded up Canary Islands holidays that won’t break the bank this summer – with prices under £300pp.

Plus, we revealed how to get unlimited access to the No.1 waterpark in the world on TripAdvisor this summer.

We’ve also found a family-friendly hotel that’s home to Egypt’s biggest waterpark with 85 slides and 42 pools – and kids stay for free.
