Kensington Palace has confirmed that Prince William will be travelling to Berlin to see England take on Spain for the prestigious Euro 2024 title.

The Prince of Wales, who’s also the President of the FA, is all set to cheer on his team in Germany for Sunday’s match, according to GB News.

England’s men’s team has never won the European Football Championships, however, Spain won two back-to-back games in 2008 and 2012.

The Euros final is coinciding with the Gentlemen’s Men’s Singles final at Wimbledon on Sunday, meaning that William will definitely not be present. However, the Palace has also not shared any details about Princess Kate’s appearance at Wimbledon.

The future King has taken a big decision amid Kate Middleton’s cancer battle. the couple won’t be seen enjoying the upcoming moments together.

Princess Kate, has been the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since 2016. The future Queen’s presence at this year’s final of Wimbledon is hanging in the balance, as the princess has stepped back from public life due to her cancer treatment.

If Kate does attend, she could bring her three children along to the final if they choose not to accompany William in Berlin. Prince George, in particular, is an avid football fan and a lover of Aston Villa, and is often seen accompanying William to Villa Park in Birmingham.
