Arrests made as Garda Public Order Unit deployed to Coolock site set to house asylum-seekers

Gardaí remain at the scene of a serious public order incident at a site in Coolock, north Dublin that is earmarked for asylum seekers.

A number of people have been arrested after violent clashes which saw gardaí and fire service crews come under attack.
