RTE star’s ‘over the moon’ as beloved show returns on air and leaves ‘delighted’
RTE star has said he’s “over the moon” as his beloved show returns on air.
Keys To My Life has been hugely successful since it began in 2020 with presenter Brendan Courtney travelling back in time with celebrities such as Johnny Logan and Anne Doyle.
Viewers loved getting to see where these familiar faces grew up and hearing about their childhoods.
The final episode of last season aired on May, 12, 2024 with Maura Derrane appearing on the show.
And just a month later, it’s been confirmed that the fan favourite series is making a return.

HOUSE THAT!
It’s been a busy year for the popular presenter as he recently bought a “tiny” 80’s bungalow to renovate it.
Brendan is moving to Wicklow Town to be nearer his sister, who’s recovering from brain and lung cancer.
Brendan and his partner Adam Maryniak will be stepping away from Dublin City, where they currently reside, to live beside the seaside.
The Keys To My Life star signed a contract to work with Larkrock Green Homes, who are going to run the entire SEAI grant, and has been sharing updates on the renovations so far over on his Instagram.
WIND-NO
Brendan has decided to rearrange the bungalow by putting the front entrance to the side as the master bedrooms will be in the front of the house.
Demolition began and now the Irish star has had to make some tough decisions on what features he wants in his home.
Last month, Brendan shared a video from the building site and asked his fans for advice on the new windows.
Wearing his yellow Hi-Vis and white protective helmet, he said: “So the front bay windows are completely gone. All the doors are pretty much gone.

“The garden’s been cleaned up a little bit and this is going to be the master bedroom now. So there’ll be two doors onto the garden here.
“Will I go frosted glass or will I go clear glass into the bedroom? Because remember, that’s the street there… what to do.”
