‘Secrets out’ as Gordon Ramsay picks Galway food business for new Disney show

A small Galway oyster farm has finally let the cat out of the bag and revealed that they got to host world famous chef Gordon Ramsay as he took in the best Ireland has to offer on a “culinary adventure”.

The Kitchen Nightmares icon has been filming in the West of Ireland for a new show on the National Geographic channel and stopped in to Kelly’s Oysters in Kilcolgan.




The farm’s owners wrote on social media today that the first episode will be up tonight and they can finally let the secret out.

“We are thrilled to announce that we had the incredible honour of welcoming none other than Gordon Ramsay to our oyster farm as part of his culinary adventure on the West Coast of Ireland!” the jubilant post read.

“This experience was truly unforgettable, offering us the chance to showcase our oysters alongside other amazing Irish produce.”

Situated in a small inlet of Galway Bay, the Kelly Oyster farm is gently tucked in-between the ancient Burren and the hills of Connemara.
