Silly Sundays: It’s the feel-good hit of the Summer!
The Summer is here and we’ve new episodes of Cartoon Saloon’s Silly Sundays now on RTÉjr and RTÉ Player. It’s a big splash of colour and joy!
Being silly can be the best fun! So, if you want join in the fun, it’s time to meet Sonia, Hugo, Mel, Mom, Dad and Granny. This family never really have a plan, it’s all about just spending time with family and friends and seeing where the day takes them.

Together, they are one big family, bonding over their differences, their diversity and everyone gets to take part – young and old. Today, there is no work and no school – a day of unforgettable family fun lies ahead!
Sonia lives with her Mum, Dad and sister called Mel. Sonia’s cousin, Hugo, lives next door and he is being brought up by their Granny.

Silly Sundays offers a modern view of Ireland Irish, both on the screen and behind the scenes. Plus, there’s lots of dancing too…
