Sophie Turner flaunts gold ring as she hints at engagement
Sophie Turner was spotted out and about as she enjoyed a romantic getaway with her boyfriend Peregrine Pearson in Capri Italy on Saturday.
The actress, 28, flaunted a thick gold band on her engagement ring finger as she hinted the property developer had popped the question.
The star was also seen puffing on a cigarette while her boyfriend appeared to be carrying a glass of wine through the streets.
Keeping it stylish, Sophie opted for a simple navy jumper and straight cut jeans while she rested her sunglasses on her head.
The mother-of-two, who shares Willa, three, and Delphine, one, with her ex husband Joe Jonas, embraced her natural beauty as she appeared barefaced while her blonde locks were pulled up in a high bun.
The star pulled her cigarettes from her Louis Vuitton handbag after the pair enjoyed a spot of shopping in the town.
Meanwhile Peregrine looked smart in a black T-shirt, white trousers, black baseball cap and electric blue shoes.
The couple confirmed their relationship last December after it was revealed last September that Sophie and Joe had filed for divorce.
The actress has not confirmed if she is engaged or not but has been seen with rings on her engagement finger in the past.
However, while Sophie is looking loved up, Joe’s relationship hit the rocks this weekend with reports he has split from his girlfriend Stormi Bree.
The singer and the model have reportedly called it quits after five months together, Page Six have revealed.
‘He’s been busy working on his solo album,’ an insider told the outlet.
Us Weekly also reported their relationship had ‘cooled off’, with a source telling the site his love life wasn’t a priority amid his other commitments.
‘Joe has a very busy schedule between his kids and his career, so his romantic life has to take a back seat for now,’ the source said.
The Jonas Brothers singer has made ‘his children and passion for music’ his primary concern.
Romance, meanwhile, hasn’t been on the top of his to do list.
‘If the right person comes along, he’ll definitely make time for them in his life,’ the source said, adding the singer is enjoying a ‘very fulfilled life.’
‘[He] doesn’t feel the need to jump into a relationship with anybody,’ the insider said. ‘If it happens, it happens. But he’s really happy with where things are at right now.’
Meanwhile Sophie and Peregrine’s relationship is going strong after they were seen together at Paris Fashion week back in March.
They also enjoyed a ski holiday together in December where they confirmed their loved up status.
Peregrine is the eldest son and heir of Michael Pearson, the 4th Viscount Cowdray – a former film producer who owns a significant chunk of the Pearson media empire.
While Sophie is said to be worth a whopping £10million, this pales in comparison to Peregrine’s family fortune which is said to be more than £224million.
He has a £5million pad in Chelsea while his father owns a sprawling mansion in West Sussex with 22 bedrooms and 16,500 acres of grounds.
His ancestral estate is home to Cowdray Park Polo Club – which boasts ten pitches and hosts more than 450 matches each year.
The prestigious club hosts the annual Gold Cup, where both Prince William and Prince Harry have played.
Peregrine previously admitted that despite being the heir to the sprawling estate, which also features a farm shop and café, he does not play polo himself.
He told the Telegraph in 2018: ‘I’m getting lessons, I grew up riding and over the next few years it’s something I can see myself doing a lot more.’
