Chinese Zhizhen Zhang, the No 8 seed, beat Brazilian Thiago Seyboth Wild 7-6 (6), 6-0 to move into the second round of the Hamburg Open at the Rothenbaum Tennis Center.

Zhang, ranked No 34, will play Italian Flavio Cobolli next.
