Three Nebraska football players who missed spring game will be good to go for training camp

Three players who missed spring camp — offensive tackle Turner Corcoran, running back Gabe Ervin and safety DeShon Singleton — will be ready for training camp and would be good to go if practice began in June.

Turner Corcoran, offensive tackle

The senior had his streak of 30 consecutive starts broken last year when Corcoran was injured during the Northwestern game.

Gabe Ervin, running back

Career stats: 95 carries for 414 yards, 3 TDs; 5 receptions, 34 yards

The junior was Nebraska’s leading rusher last season at the time of his season-ending injury during the Northern Illinois game.

DeShon Singleton, safety

Career stats: 22 total tackles, 9 solo, 2.5 TFL, one pass defended

The senior started the first five games of 2023 before suffering an injury that kept him on the sidelines for the remainder of the season.
