Trungelliti makes second round as Ofner retires
Argentinian qualifier Marco Trungelliti moved into the second round of the Hamburg Open when Austrian Sebastian Ofner retired.
Trungelliti, ranked No 151, led 6-1, 4-3 when Ofner, ranked No 50, pulled out at the Rothenbaum Tennis Center on Tuesday afternoon.
The 34-year-old Argentinian will face the winner of the match between Hungarian Fabian Marozsan and Dane Holger Rune, the second seed, next.
