Virgin Media star gets married to hubby at star studded wedding in Cork

VIRGIN Media star Zara King got married to her husband at a star studded wedding in West Cork.

The news correspondent announced the exciting engagement last September after a year of dating her partner.

Zara’s mystery boyfriend popped the question on a romantic getaway to Screebe House in Galway.

The journalist keeps her love life relatively private as she keeps her partner’s identity under wraps.

The happy couple tied the knot in a beautiful church in Courtmacsherry, Cork last Friday on July 5, 2024.

Zara looked out of this world wearing a traditional white wedding gown with puffy sleeves.

The Waterford native finished off her bridal look wearing a bridal veil over her blonde curly locks.

Zara took to Instagram after her big day to share a breathtaking black and white photo of herself and her new hubby.

The newly weds looked happier than ever as they held hands while walking down the aisle together.

Their friends and family were all smiles in the background of the snap as they cheered on the couple.

Zara used a quote from American poet E.E. Cummings in the caption of her post that said: “Here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud and the sky of the sky of a tree called life; which grows higher than soul can hope or mind can hide) and this is the wonder that’s keeping the stars apart.

“I carry your heart, I carry it in my heart.”

The Waterford native invited her Virgin Media pals down to celebrate her special day including Muireann O’Connell, Paul Quinn, Richard Chambers and Gavan O’Reilly.

Paul posted some stunning snippets of the day and captioned it: “West Cork Boi! The best day celebrating our girl @zaraking.news and the man who loves her as much as we do.”

He also gave fans a glimpse look at the reception venue which overlooked the sea.

Muireann also shared gorgeous photos posing with her pals Holly and Ciara and joked: “Not about a wedding, all about the semi-final.”

The Limerick lady looked sensational as she donned a bright green figure hugging floor length dress which she rented from the 105 Fashion boutique.

The beautiful frock had thick straps and a sweetheart neckline.

It also had a sexy cut out just below the chest and cinched at the waist making for a totally flattering look.

Zara’s friends and fans were blown away by her wedding photos and raced to her comment section with congratulations.
