Was the Time-Travel Logic in Avengers: Endgame Too Convoluted?
Which Avengers Movie Is Better: Infinity War or Endgame?
Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame were cultural phenomenons at the time of release. Though they worked best as a pair, their stories were very distinct, with Infinity War being more a Thanos story than anything else. While I love the spectacle of epic final battle of Endgame, which do you think was the better of the two?
Which Live-Action Batman Movie Had the Perfect Bruce Wayne?
A Batman movie is only as good as its Bruce Wayne, and, for the most part, each has done an exceptional job with the material given. However, it begs the question of which one is the best. In the case of Clooney’s Wayne, he was the perfect balance of all things that made up a seasoned Bruce while being the only one to have active sidekicks. Do You Prefer Seeing Movies at the Theater or Waiting for Streaming?
There’s definitely something special about going to the theater to see a movie. But, my local theater is 25-30 minutes away, and when you add in trailers, it’s generally a good four-hour commitment to see something on the big screen (not to mention the ticket costs). What’s the Best Movie Trilogy?
Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings trilogy stands unparalleled as one of the most defining cinematic masterpieces and best trilogies of all time. Adapted from J.R.R. Weta Digital, the special effects company behind the trilogy, revolutionized the industry with their work. Gollum, brought to life through motion capture technology, remains one of the most iconic and realistic CGI characters in film history. The character ultimately became the steppingstone for motion capture in films like James Cameron’s AVATAR and the Planet of the Apes reboot. The trilogy also received critical acclaim and numerous accolades, including 17 Academy Awards. The Return of the King alone won 11 Oscars,
What’s the Best Movie You Can Only Watch Once?
The Lobster is a beautifully strange, thought-provoking film by director Yorgos Lanthimos. The most horrific parts of the film are imagined by the audience, and they stuck with me for months after I watched it. Every time I am reminded of this film I cannot stop thinking about the unnerving situations that were commonplace in the movie’s dystopian reality. What movies did you love, but can only stomach once?
Alien is the Most Underrated Ongoing Film Franchise
There’s little doubt that Alien and its sequel, Aliens, are two of the best movies ever. At their best, what truly sets them apart is their unique blend of entertainment and profound exploration of humanity’s deepest questions. I believe this combination earns them a place among the most underrated ongoing cinematic franchises. What’s your favorite underrated film franchise?
