‘We didn’t plan to start a singles events company – I think people are just sick of dating apps’

I met my husband Eoin in a late-night bar in Vancouver in 2016. We went on a date a few weeks later and knew, instantly, that we were really into each other.

I was born in Mumbai and moved to Canada when I was six. Eoin is from Limerick. He convinced me to move to Dublin with him in 2018. The plan was to come for a year… I think he always knew it was going to be long-term. We got engaged in 2021, married in 2022 and we’re now expecting our second child.
