Bus Éireann has confirmed that its Friday 273 services between Tralee and Clochán will be discontinued later this summer.

It comes days after the announcement of Local Link Kerry’s daily service – also known as the 273 route – between Tralee and Castlegregory. This service will include two daily departures from and arrivals to Cé Bhréanainn (Brandon) as part of an extended route.

The Bus Éirean 273 route served Blennerville, Curraheen, Camp, Aughacasla, Castlegregory, and Clochán on Fridays.

A date for the route’s discontinuation has not been announced, but Bus Éireann said it will announce this “in advance of that time. This will be clearly communicated to service users”.
