White & Case Advises Brookfield Infrastructure on the Investment by Reliance Industries Ltd. in its India Data Center Joint Venture with Digital Realty | White & Case LLP

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Brookfield Infrastructure, a leading global infrastructure company, on the investment by Reliance Industries Ltd. to expand Brookfield’s joint venture with Digital Realty Ltd. to develop high-quality, highly connected scalable data centers to meet the critical infrastructure needs of enterprises and digital services companies in India. Upon closing, the joint venture will operate under the brand name Digital Connexion: A Brookfield, Jio and Digital Realty Company. Each partner will own one-third of the joint venture.
